A Senior Associate in the Private Client team, Tim studied at the University of Canterbury, graduating with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Science (majoring in Economics) in 2013.
Tim specialises in all matters Property, Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Estate Planning and Administration. He also has a strong rural background, born and raised on a farm in Western Southland and practising in the Rural Law area for many years. This combination of skills is particularly useful when dealing with Estates involving farming families as he can relate to many of the issues faced by his clients.
Outside of work Tim enjoys family time and being involved in a range of social sporting pursuits, squash, mountain biking and going on adventures with his Dalmatian. He is also a member of the Invercargill chapter of BNI.
