Excited to take this next step in her career, Tori said “The admission ceremony was a very special experience. I am so grateful to have had the support of my family and team at AWS Legal, all of whom have helped me get to this point. The Honourable Judge Eaton offered some valuable advice to us for our careers, and I enjoyed having my first experience speaking in the Court room.”

Kyle Galbraith of our Queenstown team travelled to the Invercargill High Court on Tuesday 19 March 2024. With family in tow, they showed their support and excitement for Kyle’s big day.

Kyle’s entourage included Moving Counsel, Emily Barns, Solicitor of AWS Legal and Haydon Cunninghame, Partner of AWS Legal.  Emily offered “It’s very special to be a part of Kyle’s admission ceremony and celebrations. I am pleased to have been there as both Kyle’s Moving Counsel and good friend. I am lucky to work alongside Kyle in the Queenstown office and look forward to seeing where the legal profession takes him. Congratulations to Kyle on this exciting achievement!”

Reflecting on the day, Kyle said “It has been an epic day celebrating with friends and family. It was great to get over the final hurdle of legal studies with members of my family there beside me when being admitted.  I look forward to continuing my legal journey and developing the requisite skills to assist AWS Legal’s diverse clientele.”

We congratulate Tori & Kyle on their recent Bar Admission. We are proud to have Tori & Kyle as a part of our team and we look forward to their contribution and fresh perspectives to serve our clients better.

Congratulations to you both!
