Megan Watt is our People and Capability Manager, bringing a strong blend of strategic, operational, and people-centered expertise across HR and business management. She has supported employees through significant organisational change, including her time at H&J Smith, and is well regarded for delivering results with a practical, people-first approach to leadership.
Meg is experienced leading large teams across multiple branches and industries, making her a natural fit for our diverse, multi faceted firm. Her background spans a wide range of HR, commercial, and leadership roles throughout Otago and Southland, including Invercargill, Gore, and her hometown of Te Anau.
A born-and-bred Southlander, Meg values clear communication, helping people to thrive and building engaged teams. She will happily tell you she works to travel, believes in adventure before dementia, and enjoys swimming, amateur photography, hiking and hunting with her husband, and pampering the pet pooch.
