Maria is an experienced Legal Executive and her legal career spans more than 15 years in both private practice and in-house.  

Maria grew up in Central Otago and returned to the place she loves after many years working in Christchurch and the Greater Wellington region. 
She specialises in property transaction’s, with expertise in subdivisions, residential conveyancing and rural matters.

Maria has a real passion for all facets of property and has worked on many Central Otago projects as a stonemason, sold real estate, developed properties and completed house relocations and builds.
