Millie joined our Queenstown branch as a Law Clerk September 2025, holding a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Communications from Victoria University of Wellington.
While studying, she worked part-time in a law clerk role, sparking her passion for legal work and giving her early exposure to the corporate environment.
Millie is a forward thinker with strong communication skills and a people-first approach—qualities that help her build positive relationships with clients and colleagues. She enjoys the variety and challenge of legal work and is excited to keep growing her skills at AWS.
Originally from Queenstown, Millie was drawn to AWS Legal for its mid-sized capability and close-knit culture. She’s proud to be contributing to property law in her hometown while enjoying everything the region has to offer.
Outside of work, Millie loves snowboarding, running, and playing team sports like football and netball. She’s always up for exploring Queenstown’s stunning scenery with friends.
