We value great people. We’re searching for experienced Solicitors to grow our Queenstown, Alexandra and Invercargill teams. However, we are open to flexible working arrangements for the right person. Likewise, strong candidates with lesser experience and a stellar attitude, will also be considered.
Our Solicitors
You will be exposed to a wide range of work and role responsibilities dependent upon your Practice Group of choice: Commercial, Family, Employment Law or Civil Litigation. Given the nature of work available in our sizeable firm, the opportunity for the right candidate to shine is unlimited.
With ready access to support from the Supervising Partner, you will be a Trusted Advisor, given plenty of scope to showcase your initiative and experience, to work with clients forging meaningful and lasting client relationships, providing accurate, credible advice and guidance.
To succeed at AWS Legal you will:
- Be a qualified NZ lawyer with a practicing certificate, & proven experience.
- Be client and service focused, able to develop strong rapport, build and manage relationships.
- Have outstanding communication: can listen, simplify complex information, and not be afraid to have difficult conversations.
- Demonstrate excellent time management, organisation, ambition, decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Be proactive and pragmatic in approach to your work, with the ability to achieve positive outcomes, respond to constructive feedback, all while exuding great energy and attitude.
