We value great people. We’re searching for a fulltime Trust Account Administrator in our Invercargill team, Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5pm.
Our Trust Account Administrator
You will support the day-to-day operation of our client trust account, processing financial transactions and settlements related to legal transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency throughout. You’ll be detail-orientated with a passion for financial admin and client service. Work in a tight-knit collaborative team of two, reporting to the CEO.
Your key responsibilities include
- Process client trust account transactions such as receipts, payments, and transfers
- Process daily bank statements and conduct regular reconciliations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and archive bank documents
- Act as a liaison between clients, banks, and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction flow
- Contribute to process improvements, support operational efficiency and wider head office tasks as required e.g. Business Accounts.
Prior finance work experience, and a positive attitude, is crucial. Qualifications or experience in legal industry preferred, but not essential.
