Tim Lindsay

Tim is a sixth-generation Southlander who is relishing the return to his home town of Invercargill. Tim graduated from the University of Otago in 2016 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in political science with a bit of classical performance violin on the side. He works primarily for Doreen Evans in the Business Team but has also operates with Damien Pine and Chris Peddie on a range of property, commercial, corporate and immigration matters.

Tim enjoys the cut and thrust of the commercial sphere and aims to assist young and new generations of business-owners and entrepreneurs in Southland and Central Otago as well as continuing to provide excellent service to long-standing and existing AWS clients. Tim prides himself on using technology to effectively advise and communicate with clients.

Away from the desk Tim plays cricket and has represented the New Zealand Lawyer’s cricket team in a bilateral series against the Australian Lawyer’s team. He also enjoys teeing off at the nearby Queen’s Park golf course. Tim also appears on stage for Invercargill Musical Theatre and Repertory Invercargill in a wide range of roles on and off the stage.

At work Tim’s philosophy is that going the extra mile for our clients is standard, not an exception.
