About the role
With offices in Invercargill, Winton, Queenstown and Alexandra the People & Capability Manager will play a key part in ensuring the Firm is able to achieve its vision and live by its values through the implementation of innovative people practices.
Reporting to the CEO, the People & Capability Manager will be responsible for providing both strategic and operational HR support to the business with a particular focus on continuing to build the firm culture through employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives and the evolution of our Employee Value Proposition.
About you
We are looking for an individual who has:
- 5+ years generalist HR experience, with strengths in creating & implementing people initiatives & approaches, organisational development, and health, safety and wellbeing.
- Excellent communication skills used to influence and get buy in from key stakeholders both internally and externally.
- The ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level – you are comfortable rolling up your sleeves with no task too big or small.
- A passion for people and the drive and desire to make a real difference.
