After 12 months of construction, we have finally relocated to our new building at 80 on street. On 1 November, staff were welcomed on site by Victor Manawatu and Cyril Gilroy, with a traditional Māori blessing and karakia.
Chair of Partners, Rachel Lindsay said “It was very special to be able to have Victor and Cyril bless our new workplace and mark the beginning of a new, modern chapter for our firm.”
Work began on the site late 2020, with the previous building demolished to make way for a purpose-built office space to better meet the needs of modern working environments.
Despite the new building being the same size – at 1100 square metres – clever design and thought-out spacial planning means it will better serve staff and clients while providing a beautiful and uplifting place to work. The current building has staff split between two levels, while the new building creates a distinction between the ground floor reception and meeting areas with the first floor being dedicated to staff work spaces.
”It’s been exciting to be able to watch our new premises take shape from the vantage point at our old office” Rachel said.
We look forward to seeing you at our new building.
